Weather: Sunny, with a high near 84. Calm wind becoming west around 5 mph in the afternoon. Temperatures will begin dropping around kickoff and could dip into the 60s before the game ends.

Series History: Saturday marks the 40th meeting between Alabama and Kentucky all-time. The Crimson Tide holds a dominant 36-2-1 record which includes a 9-0 mark in Tuscaloosa.

Last Meeting: The two programs played in 2013 under the lights in Lexington and Alabama came away with a 48-7 victory. Running backs T.J. Yeldon and Kenyan Drake both rushed for more than 100 yards while the Crimson Tide outgained the Wildcats by a lopsided margin of 668-170.

Last Week: Alabama scored 41 first-half points en route to a 48-0 shutout of Kent State. The defense limited the Golden Flashes to fewer than 100 yards through the air and on the ground while holding them to just five first downs for the game. Injuries to Damien Harris and Bo Scarbrough opened the door for freshman Joshua Jacobs to rush for a career-high 97 yards.

After losses to Southern Miss and Florida to open the season, Kentucky switched quarterbacks and won the next two games. Junior Stephen Johnson has thrown for 445 yards and three touchdowns in two starts, including a conference win over South Carolina last week.
