Listen to ‘Rosey’ From Brittany Howard’s New Group, Bermuda Triangle

We're now seeing the first fruit of Alabama Shakes' frontwoman Brittany Howard's newest side project Bermuda Triangle with Nashville singer-songwriters Jesse Lafser and Becca Mancari in the single "Rosey," which you can listen to below.

"Rosey," the Lafser-penned song about accepting a breakup, was originally included in her 2015 album Raised on the Plains, and the new take features harmonies from the other two. The trio premiered it in Nashville in July at what was said at the time to be a one-off performance. During the show, Howard noted that it might be their last, but the band is now in the studio and have announced a brief tour.

"We had so much fun at out first show in Nashville that we decided to hit the road for a short run in October!" the band posted on their social media channels today.They'll be accompanied on the road by Thelma and the Sleaze and Music Band. You can see the dates below.

"We just sit on each other's porches and play music," Mancari, who hails from Staten Island, New York, told NPR ahead of their last performance. "It's the music that I remember that I used to play before I even came to Nashville, when people just played for fun. That's my side of the story at least."
