Losing weight is hard, and it's easy to give up when you're not thinking about the big picture. I've been trying to lose weight since early January. It hasn't been easy, and I'll be honest with you--I've had a lot of bad days. Really bad days... like, eat fast food for breakfast, lunch, and dinner days.

I am still trying, though. I just tell myself that as long as I am working to be better, that's enough. For a little perspective, I thought I would do a before-and-after pic.

You can really tell a difference when you see the pictures side-by-side. I've lost close to 50 pounds since the "before" pic was taken. I hope I can keep going--I'm about 20 pounds away from my goal weight. Wish me luck!
