Former Alabama and current Baltimore Ravens cornerback Marlon Humphrey was arrested earlier today, (Thursday 1/25), and charged with felony 3rd degree robbery.

According to the incident report, the item allegedly stolen was a $15 phone charger. The report also lists harassment among the offenses. In addition, Humphrey was suspected of being under the influence of alcohol.

The alleged incident happened in the early morning hours of Saturday Jan. 13, at the Hotel Capstone on The U of A campus. The report reveals that an Uber driver, (an unidentified 30 year old male), picked up Humphrey and two women on the strip and drove them to the Hotel Capstone. Humphrey borrowed a phone charger from the driver, but then allegedly refused to give it back to him. The driver also states that Humphrey elbowed him during the ordeal.

Humphrey was booked today in Tuscaloosa County Jail on $2,500 bond. However, Humphrey maintains that he is innocent of the charges.
