Happy Groundhog Day 2013! In Pennsylvania, Punxsutawney Phil has come out and did not see his shadow as he predicts an early spring. Meanwhile, in New York, Staten Island Chuck has the same early spring prediction. However, Chuck went a step further to go ahead and predict the winner of the Super Bowl, the San Francisco 49ers.
