Jennifer Lawrence is still pulling herself together after the hacking incident that caused nude photos of the star to be leaked online three years ago.

In August 2014, the mother! star was among the hundreds of celebrities on the receiving end of a cyber-attack when hackers obtained unauthorized access to nude images which were leaked online during a breach of Apple’s iCloud service.

In a recent interview with The Hollywood Reporter, Lawrence revisited the traumatizing scandal, saying she’s still recovering from everything today.

“When the hacking thing happened, it was so unbelievably violating that you can’t even put into words,” she told THR. “When I first found out it was happening, my security reached out to me. It was happening minute-to-minute — it was almost like a ransom situation where they were releasing new ones every hour or so.”

“I feel like I got gang-banged by the f---ing planet — like, there’s not one person in the world that is not capable of seeing these intimate photos of me. You can just be at a barbecue and somebody can just pull them up on their phone. That was a really impossible thing to process.”

While at least one of the hackers connected to the leak that affected stars like Hayden PanettiereVictoria Justice and a long list of other female A-listers was sentenced to 18 months in federal prison, the 27-year-old said she’s yet to find peace with the situation.

“A lot of women were affected, and a lot of them reached out to me about suing Apple or suing [others] — and none of that was gonna really bring me peace, none of that was gonna bring my nude body back to me and [former boyfriend] Nic [Hoult], the person that they were intended for. It wasn’t gonna bring any of that back.”

Instead of resorting to any legal action, however, Lawrence says she only “interested in healing” at this time.
