TMZ reports that on Thursday, February 8, an intruder attempted to break into Joe Jonas' home in San Fernando Valley, California.

The near break-in occurred around 9 p.m. PST, law enforcement told TMZ.

Luckily, the DNCE lead singer's security system captured footage of the would-be burglar, who apparently attempted to dismantle Jonas' surveillance cameras before an alarm was triggered, scaring him off the property.

Luckily, nothing was stolen or damaged according to TMZ. A trespass report was filed and the authorities are currently looking into identifying the prowler.

Though the intruder never made it physically into Jonas' house, the incident is similar to another celebrity break-in that occurred just days prior.

On February 6, an intruder broke into YouTube star Logan Paul's home, forcing him to make a citizen's arrest after he found the man casually charging his phone in his living room.
