Katy Perry is setting the record straight on her rumored plastic surgeries.

The 33-year-old singer confirmed in an interview with Refinery29 that she's "done lasers" and fillers, but said she isn't bothered by other reports because "all of [her] assets are real."

"I haven't had any [plastic surgery]," she asserted. "I've done lasers and got [filler] injections under my eyes for the hollowing ... but all of my assets are real. People tend to think they are fake, but it doesn't really matter."

Perry explained she got fillers as "a solution" to her dark under eye circles. She encouraged her fans to "do whatever makes you feel better about yourself," including plastic surgeries.

"We're getting away from that negative stigma about physical alteration," the star said. "Of course, always be your authentic self -- but if someone wants a nose job that makes them feel better, and they love their profile more because of it, it's like 'Go ahead!'"

Perry previously denied plastic surgery rumors in the February 2014 issue of GQ, describing herself as "au naturel."

"I've never had any plastic surgery," she told the magazine. "Not a nose, not a chin, not a cheek, not a [expletive]. So my messages of self-empowerment are truly coming from an au naturel product."

Perry, who was named a face of Covergirl in 2013, launched a new collaboration with the cosmetics company this week. She announced 12 shades of Katy Kat lip gloss in an Instagram post Tuesday.
