Learn How to Support the Tuscaloosa Back to School Supply Drive
It's underway, the 2015 Tuscaloosa Back to School Supply Drive with the Tuscaloosa Backpack Coalition!
Over the next few weeks, various community organizations, including us, will be busy collecting up essential supplies needed for local kids. We realize money is tight for many parents, as they get their own kids ready for the new year. That's where if we all get behind this and chip in something, we will hit our goal! As we've been saying through the years, "it all adds up."
Once again, center court of University Mall is the hub of the drive. There is a large collection bin setup for supply donations, or donate money. Deadline to donate is Sunday, July 26th.
Also, we're teaming up with Chick-fil-A for a school spirit collection the week of July 20th.
It will be happening at the Northport location on McFarland Boulevard (by the old K-Mart), and the South location on Skyland Boulevard (across from Cobb Hollywood 16). It's Tuscaloosa County Schools (Northport location) vs. Tuscaloosa City Schools (South location)! Support your favorite school with donations to win the challenge!
