The longtime American duo of Hall & Oates visited Tuscaloosa on Tuesday for the latest stop in their tour with St. Paul & the Broken Bones.

Before the two performed before a great crowd at the Tuscaloosa Amphitheater that night, John Oates got a chance to meet the Alabama football head coach and get a tour of his office. The guitarist shared a couple of pictures on Facebook, one of which he's sporting many of the Crimson Tide's championship rings.

Hall & Oates rose to fame during the 70s and 80s for hits like Rich Girl, You Make My Dreams, Private Eyes, and Maneater. They have been touring most of the summer with Tears for Fears opening each show but are now featuring the Alabama-based band, St. Paul & the Broken Bones as their opening act for a few shows.

Saban's always been a fan of music so it's not a surprise that he would make time for Oates during a week of preparation for the Ole Miss Rebels on Saturday.
