David Letterman has been credited as a comedy pioneer by many, including his talk show competition. On the night before he would host his final Late Show show, Jimmy Fallon and Jimmy Kimmel both shared how they were influenced by David Letterman.

This is it kids, only two shows left for David Letterman. The comic legend is closing out his late night career with the most memorable guests. Monday night was no different, as Pearl Jam front man Eddie Vedder delivered an emotionally charged performance to say farewell.
