Eminem absolutely obliterated Donald Trump with freestyle rap at the 2017 BET Hip Hop Awards, but it wasn't that long ago that the president showed his love for Slim Shady.

Don't believe us? Take a quick trip down memory lane to 2004, when Trump, himself, introduced Eminem at The Shady National Convention. It was a slick looking gimmick to introduce Eminem's satellite radio channel and featured Trump seeming to throw his support behind Eminem in a bid for the presidency. Go ahead and watch, and maybe think about starting a drinking game based on how many times Trump refers to himself as "Donald Trump."

Trump boldly and proudly proclaims, "He's got brains, he's got guts, and he's got Donald Trump's vote." Fast forward 13 years and this bromance is about as cold as Trump's relationship with the media.

Sure, this bit is done with tongue planted firmly in cheek, but it's gentle reminder that what you do never remains in the past.
