What is the secret to long life? According to one San Francisco resident, it's BEER & POTATO CHIPS!

Matilda Curcia celebrated her 100th Birthday last week, and she told a San Diego TV Station when asked about the secret to her longevity, "I have no pain and do my exercises every day. And have my beer. Eat my potato chips. That's about all.”

Now, Fitness Aficionados will argue that she exercises. (She mentioned during the interview that she walks regularly). But what's important to point out is that she enjoys having a Beer & a few Potato Chips EVERY day!

She's not the first centenarian to reveal her unorthodox method for living to be 100 years-old. A 102-year-old Indiana woman says the secret to long life is dark chocolate and taking naps. A 104 Michigan woman swears by drinking one Diet Coke a day. And a 107 year-old Italian man says his secret is spiking his daily coffee with WHISKEY! Regardless of the method, these folks have found something that works for them, and now we can add Beer & Potato Chips to the list!

Looks like I'm heading to Publix right now to buy myself some Bud Light and some Pringles!
