As you may have heard, Carrie Underwood took a fall back in November which resulted in a broken wrist, and 50 plus stitches to her face. Not much has been stated publicly since the accident, and in pictures I've seen, Carrie doesn't look that much different. At the time I thought to myself, "Maybe she's had some sort of facelift and is using this accident as an excuse?"  Or as former "The View" host Star Jones once said when she didn't want to cop to her OWN plastic surgery procedures, "A Medical Intervention".

Now, Carrie Underwood is a beautiful woman who certainly doesn't need anything to enhance her looks. But if she feels like she wants to get some work done, then it's her decision. Beautiful Celebrities do it all the time......no big deal.

However, this past Monday, Daytime TV Talk Show Host Wendy Williams raised a few eye-brows, (almost as high as her own), when she said on her show, "When I heard about Carrie Underwood, I was more shocked. Did you hear about her? We’re not really talking about it because I really don’t know a whole bunch about it other than she allegedly fell down a bunch of steps at her house, broke her wrist. She released on Twitter that we might not recognize her when it’s all said and done. I don’t know what that means. An excuse for a face-lift? No, ’cause we’re cynical. She was already cute, so I don’t know what she’s doing or what had happened."

Wendy Williams has a right to be cynical because she is no stranger to "medical enhancements" herself. However, Carrie Underwood fans are up in arms over the allegation for some reason. Personally, I don't get it because again, Beautiful Celebrities do it all the time.....no big deal.

However, I also think that Wendy needs to be able to take it if she's going to dish it out. Let me refresh your memory here....

You remember this right?  Wendy "fainting" on her Halloween Show a few months back. A lot of folks were skeptical when it happened, thinking that this was a "staged" incident. Wendy maintains that this "it wasn't a stunt", but many think it was. I fall into that camp. I mean, I've seen more realistic falls during a WWE Wrestling Match!  But maybe it was "real". I doubt it though. Why?

Because like Wendy said in her own words, "'Cause We're Cynical".
